Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms 

  • 50% payable at the time of booking.

  • Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

  • Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 14 days  prior to your scheduled arrival.

  • If notice of your cancellation is received within 14days of your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.

  • Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.

  • Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

  • Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply

Park Rules and Policy's 

Arrival / Departure:

You are free to arrive from 2pm until 5pm. All sites are to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. If you would like to make alternate arrangements, please see call management prior to arrival or scheduled departure time.

 

Speed Limit:
All roads in the property are shared between vehicles, pedestrians and kids on bikes and scooters. All roads have a walking pace speed limit of 4km/h unless

signposted otherwise.

 

Noise:
Please be respectful of others and their enjoyment within the park by restricting noise from music, televisions, and social gatherings between 10pm and 6am.

 

Parking:

One car space has been allocated for each site. Please contact us if you have more vehicles. Please Park in this space and not on or across roadways.

 

Children:
All children in the park are the responsibility of their parent or guardian. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities and other park facilities. We require all children to be back at their camp site by dark.

 

Bicycles / Skateboards / Scooters:
Are to be used in daylight hours. Helmets to be always warn. These items are not to be used in or around park facilities such as the laundry or amenities buildings. ADULTS/ KIDS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO RIDE AFTER DARK; this is dangerous to them and other guests.

 

Swings:
Use of swing equipment may result in serious injury including death, head, eye or spinal injury, paralysis, broken limbs or strains. Risks include falls and collisions with other users and hazards associated with gaps, openings, and protruding objects.

 

Visitors:
If a there is an additional person (or persons) to the number of persons disclosed as staying on the site, an additional fee may be payable

 

Dump Point & Grey Water:
We do not have a dump point facility- DO NOT DUMP IN OUR TOILETS. Please go to NRMA in Bright township ( 2-4 Cherry Ln, Bright) to utilise their facility, a fee may occur. All grey water is to be stored within your caravan's grey water tank and dumped off site.

 

Fires:
Fires are permitted during seasonal periods and weather conditions and can only be lit in braziers or fire pits. Fires must always be attended at all times when lit and extinguished appropriately when complete. Fires can only be lit in line with local fire services guidelines (i.e., not during a fire ban). Managment for more information.

 

Dog Rules:

  • We allow pets on all our camp sites, all year round. Maximum of 2 dogs per site.

  • It is the owner's responsibility to control and manage their pet.

  • Pets are not be left alone on sites at any time.

  • Pets must be on a leash at all times - no exceptions.

  • Owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of their waste in a safe manner. 

  •  Pets are not permitted in the common areas of the park such as the amenities or laundry.

  •  Pets must not be washed within the park (please utilise the dogs wash   located within the car wash next to Woolworths). Additionally, any dog   blankets, bedding etc must not be washed in the guest laundry.

  •  Owners are personally responsible for any personal injuries, property   damage or losses in relation to any actions by their dog.

  •  The owner agrees that the manager reserves the right to evict any guests   whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or is the subject of the   complaints of other guests.

  • NOTE: Management reserves the right to refuse or accept entry to the park if the animal is deemed inappropriate or becomes a nuisance to other guests in the park.

 

Smoking:

Is not permitted in any common areas. Please respect other guest and dispose of butts. 

 

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:

In Emergency situations such as an LP gas leak, a fire of any kind, flooding, a severe storm, a lightning strike, a fallen tree onto an occupied site, or similar emergency follow these basic steps:

·       Attempt to rescue anyone in immediate danger if safe to do so

·       Restrict the danger if safe to do so

·       Inform the appropriate emergency service: Police/Fire/Ambulance - DIAL 000 and tell the emergency service the exact nature of emergency and location of the emergency

·       Notify the Manager 0499280291 immediately of the type of emergency and location

·       Assemble at the emergency Assembly Area which is at the laundry and await instructions from Emergency Services or management

·       Secure your van or tent, turn off LP Gas and Power. Do Not Attempt to move your van or car without instruction from Emergency Personnel or the Manager

·       Wait for the Emergency Services personnel to give the “All Clear” before returning to your site
