Any bookings canceled before 14 days of arrival are entitled to a full refund. Bookings cancled within the 14 days will forfeit 50% of the booking total.

Yes, we are dog friendly with a limit of 2 dogs per site. We have strict policies that dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, do not leave pets unattended, picking up after them and strictly no barking! 

We DON'T have a dump point and we ask that you please contain your grey water within your own tanks, the NRMA in Bright allow public dumping for a fee. 

They are NOT allowed to be ridden on the site, this is for the safety of all guests 

Unpowered sites are first in best dressed. There are no site numbers, just pick a site when you arrive from the unpowered section.

We do not allow generators on our sites, this is to allow all guest to enjoy the peace and tranqulity of the area.

Each site has a maximum of 6 people including children.

Yes you can drink the water all throughout the park and in the amenities block.

We have a washing machine that takes one dollar coins, We do not have dryers, we have clothes lines. Please bring your own coins and laundry liquid.
